STADA — Corporate Newspaper Development
For STADA, we developed a corporate newspaper designed to become more than just a source of company news — it became a dedicated internal communications platform for employees. Our goal was to bring important company information together in a clear, engaging and visually appealing format. We developed the editorial concept and structure, created the content plan, prepared interviews, news and feature stories, and designed the publication in line with STADA’s visual identity. A key priority was making the content relevant to employees across different departments. The newspaper not only shared business updates, but also highlighted people, projects and the company’s values. As a result, the corporate newspaper became a regular and meaningful part of STADA’s internal communications, helping strengthen employee engagement and corporate culture.
Project objectives:
Develop the editorial concept, create a content plan, prepare articles and interviews, design and lay out the publication, coordinate approvals and prepare the newspaper for release.

A corporate newspaper is much more than a collection of text and visuals. Our goal was to create a publication employees would genuinely want to read. We brought together key company news, employee stories and corporate values in one format, making the content useful, accessible and visually engaging.
Results:
Content: editorial structure and content developed
Editorial: news, articles and interviews produced
Design: branded visual identity and layout created
Internal communications: a regular employee communication channel established
